using traditional recipes. Typical North German produce, such as root vegetables, potatoes and cabbage – varied, down-to-earth and delicious. Enjoy classics such as stuffed cabbage rolls, Königsberger Klopse and much more! Winter is kale season! Classic kale with Bregenwurst from the Dageförde butcher’s, Mettende, smoked pork loin, mustard and salted or roast potatoes! To round off the meal, we serve a Hamburg caraway coffee. For groups of 10 or more, we offer an ‘all-you-can-eat kale’ meal for 32.50 euros per person.
