Set amidst 20,000 square meters of green lawn and with the convenience of 300 free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, our hotel offers an exclusive range of facilities for your events. In addition, we have a special off-road area for driving training as well as various outdoor activities oriented to learning goals, which are offered directly in front of the hotel.

Our total of eight meeting rooms are characterized by their versatility and flexibility and can accommodate up to 450 people. Thanks to state-of-the-art lifting platform technology, presentation objects, including cars, can be lifted directly from the floor of the room with impressive audiovisual effects. In addition, other spacious rooms are available for your kick-off events, presentations, congresses, trade fairs and other events. You have the choice between the City Hall Walsrode with space for up to 700 people or the Heidmark Hall, which can even accommodate 1,700 guests.

The Forellenhof is centrally located between the cities of Hamburg, Hanover and Bremen and is easily accessible due to its excellent highway connections.

The meeting rooms are at ground level, have daylight and have direct access to the terrace, on which you can spend your well-deserved breaks. During the breaks you are welcome to enjoy a varied specialty from our Coffee machine. Each room is equipped with a screen, a flipchart, a pinwall and a beamer. In addition, pads and pens are available in sufficient quantity to meet the needs of all participants. A fully equipped presenter van rounds out our services to ensure your event runs smoothly.
