Winter classics, from Hünzinger Welsh Black to the North Sea. In January, you can enjoy delicious dishes here and be surprised by the variety of ways they can be prepared. Winter is kale season! Classic kale with Bregenwurst from Dageförde butchers, Mettende, smoked pork loin, mustard and salted or roast potatoes! To round off the meal, we serve a Hamburg caraway schnapps. For groups of 10 or more, we offer an ‘all-you-can-eat kale’ meal for 32.50 euros per person.
