Heidschnucken Season at the Forellenhof
From September, it’s that time of year again – the Heidschnucken season
begins. Our Heidschnucken live with us on the farm all year round, nestled in the natural surroundings of the Lüneburg Heath. Here they have plenty of space to roam,
are looked after with care and can even be stroked by our guests. In autumn, this special way of rearing results in select specialities, which we prepare with respect for the animals and with artisanal care. In this way, we bring a slice of authentic heathland tradition fresh to your plate – regional, sustainable and mindful.
