Start the day well fortified with our rich, regional breakfast. There is then a lot to discover in our region: you can take a look behind the scenes of our own brewery, where our master brewer Bernd Meyer will welcome you and give you a vivid insight into the world of beer brewing. Or you can get very close to our herd of cattle when you go for a cuddle with the Welsh Black cattle with our senior boss (when the senior boss is not sailing the high seas or saving the world).

In any case, you have the opportunity to join our coachwoman Andrea and her four-legged team on a covered wagon ride to Grundlosen See on a Wednesday or Saturday and get to know the moor. Would you prefer to set off on your own? Then visit one of our regional product partners, such as the ostrich farm, the organic cheese dairy or the fruit and chicken farm, and find out where our delicious regional specialties come from. Amusement parks such as Weltvogelpark Walsrode, Serengeti Park Hodenhagen and Heidepark Resort also welcome you with open doors during the season.

No matter what you choose, in the evening we are happy to be your hosts in our restaurant and spoil you with our local delicacies menu. To go with it, we serve you our three home-brewed Schnuckenbräu beers – as a small beer tasting. Afterwards you can round off the evening in or at the Hünzinger Brauhaus.
