Yoga with Laura

Laura’s journey as a yoga teacher began on the beautiful island of Tenerife, where she completed her 200-hour training in vinyasa yoga and a 50-hour advanced training in yin yoga. Surrounded by the power of nature and the tranquillity of the ocean, she experienced how deeply yoga can touch the body, mind and heart.
In her classes, Laura combines strengthening and relaxing elements to create a holistic practice. Asanas promote flexibility and body awareness, while breathing techniques and meditative sequences help to find inner peace and clarity.
Their particular strength lies in guiding people into mindfulness – in a way that both nourishes and strengthens. Through targeted support, you can enjoy soothing yoga sequences that help you to come back to yourself and deepen your inner balance.
