Yin Yoga

Yin represents gentleness, calm and receptiveness. In this mindful yoga practice, the asanas are held for three to five minutes whilst the muscles are completely relaxed. The focus is on passive stretching – this arises from holding the poses in a relaxed manner and invites the body and mind to let go and find peace.

The practice works on the various structures of our body and can promote flexibility, suppleness and inner balance. At the same time, the meridians – the body’s energy pathways – are gently stimulated.

The focus is on mindfulness, conscious breathing and being fully present in the moment. Carefully selected music accompanies the entire session, creating a soothing atmosphere that gently encourages you to let go and relax.

Yin Yoga invites you to pause, immerse yourself in stillness and treat yourself with kindness and patience. Give yourself time to let go, recharge and simply be – a soothing break from everyday life.
