Our senses are completely overloaded on a daily basis.

In our retreat, we offer you the opportunity to escape from all this for a short time, to regain your strength and find your way back into your everyday life. With the help of meditation, pranayama and specially tailored yoga sessions, you will immerse yourself in the Indian tradition and connect with your center. You will learn to use meditation to briefly press the pause button in your everyday life and recharge your energy. Yoga practice and breathing techniques will connect you with your inner strength.

You will achieve harmony of body, soul and spirit. You will experience our retreat with a group of like-minded people who, just like you, are looking for more self-love, more relaxation, more acceptance and more inner peace. The program is rounded off by our wellness area and wonderful surroundings in the middle of nature. You can use our spa area free of charge every day and discover the beautiful natural surroundings of our hotel with all your senses.

Of course, your sense of taste will also get its money’s worth on this retreat. Our kitchen crew will spoil you daily with vegan/vegetarian dishes (also completely vegan on request).

Our experienced yoga teacher, social and trauma educator and leader Jessica and her team will be available to you as a contact person throughout the entire time and will be there for you.
