Tatjana discovered yoga at the age of 18 and has now been sharing this practice with her students for over 14 years.
What began for her as flexibility training quickly became an integral part of her daily life.
In addition to her 500-hour teacher training and further professional development, she holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science (M.A.). As a result, her classes are characterised by a very precise, anatomical approach, which she conveys to her students with a touch of ease.
